Nature of the Service

This is an independent reference service. It stores no official Orange County record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, correct agency data, or file a request or court paper for a user.

The pages point to official custody, booking, court, and correctional resources and may connect visitors to independently operated research tools.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful and must not harm another person, the service, or its systems.

• Do not violate any law while using the pages or tools.
• Do not stalk, threaten, harass, or target another person.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions.
• Do not seek access to systems or accounts without authorization.
• Do not run automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers.
• Do not interfere with access or service for other visitors.

No Consumer Reports

This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. Users agree that the information will not be used for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
• Tenant selection or housing eligibility.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licenses, permits, or government-benefit eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Services and Links

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking logs, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-help resources, and outside search services. Those destinations are not endorsed or controlled here. Their owners are responsible for content, privacy, pricing, and availability, and visitors should read their terms.

Service Provided As Is

All pages and tools are provided "as is" and "as available." No promise is made about:

• Accuracy, completeness, or current status.
• Continuous or uninterrupted availability.
• Freedom from defects, errors, or security weaknesses.
• The scope or quality of a partner's search results.

Custody and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from OCSD, a police department, a court, CDCR, or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

User Indemnity

A user agrees to defend and hold the site, its operators, and partners harmless from claims, costs, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user's conduct, use of the service, or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Site text, graphics, logos, design, and code belong to Orange County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, or modified without written permission, except where law allows.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice.

California Governing Law

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in California.

If One Term Fails

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay effective. The affected language will be narrowed only as much as needed.
